Volunteers are needed for Grill Games!

Volunteer shifts last 2 hours and include a free Grill Games t-shirt, and access to the volunteer tent which will be serving brats & hot dogs, chips, and water/soda, all available for free!

Places you can volunteer

Main Gate: Volunteers will greet visitors, encourage entry donations, hand out maps/schedules, and help remind festival goers of grounds rules (ie. no outside food or drink, no pets, etc.).

Information Booth: Volunteers will assist in answering questions, directing visitors, handing out schedules/maps and flyers, as well as sell t-shirts and Tasting cards.

Soda Tent: Volunteers will sell drink tickets, take tickets & serve drinks, or stock coolers.

Beer Tent: Volunteers will be selling drink tickets & checking ID’s, taking tickets & serving drinks, and pulling beverages & tapping beers. All beer tent volunteers must be over 21.

Maintenance: Grill Games is a family-friendly event and the Maintenance Volunteers help keep it friendly by keeping the grounds clean. Volunteers will change out trash and take full bags to the dumpster or pick-up site (cart provided). They will disperse garbage bags to our food vendors and keep the areas around the food vendors clean including wiping down and washing the picnic tables.

Security: Volunteers will wear bright SECURITY shirts and roam the event grounds to report problems or concerns to the Private Security Guards stationed throughout the event. In the event of a lost child volunteers will assist in locating or take them to the Information booth.
